The Central Jersey Equipment HR OFFICE MANAGER will perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks and oversee the department.
This position will provide support to the HR department, oversee day to day operations and requires HR experience in a fast-paced work environment and will support and improve all HR functions.
This position requires a mature, self-starter with excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and handle sensitive information confidentially and most importantly, supervisory experience in both a hands-on manner as well as a resource to the CORPORATE TEAM.
To effectively perform the duties of the HR OFFICE MANAGER, the best candidate must be able to demonstrate several competencies that are essential to the position, which include:
- Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve in a timely manner
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills and understand the need for discretion
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with ownership, employees, members of the HR management team and outside entities
- Must be able to effectively read and interpret information
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently

Do you have experience in working with service technicians and mechanics and communicating with customers? CJE is hiring for an aspiring SERVICE WRITER to work along with the Service Department TEAM to improve CUSTOMER SERVICE. CJE is seeking a hands-on learner, willing to go above and beyond to drive productivity and revenue.
DUTIES (to include):
• Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones, greeting customers and preparing documents
• Manage timely communications, such as emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
• Create and maintain electronic filing systems
• Manage service order paperwork and coordinate with sales and parts departments
• Keep records and reports up to date
• Manage data in spreadsheets and report
• Other duties as requested by Management
SKILLS (to include):
• MUST be computer savvy with the ability to type
• MUST be proficient in MS Office Suite and internet applications
• MUST have excellent oral and written skills, including proper grammar and proofreading skills

The Sales Manager will manage sales functions for the entire dealership including the implementation of a defined sales process, coaching and developing sales professionals. Responsible for all sales metrics for the dealership. Hires, retains, and effectively engages department personnel.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3 years of previous supervisory experience. Resumes without previous supervisory experience will not be considered.
- Understand HR functions as it relates to supervising, hiring, firing, discipline
- Must have previous sales experience
- Basic understanding of financial principles relative to Sales Department Operations
- Turf/Ag equipment experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be computer savvy.

- Must have a HS Diploma or GED
- College degree preferred
- Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver's license

Essential Functions:
- Manages and coaches sales professionals to implement the sales process
- Creates development plans for sales professionals which includes identifying training needs
- Develops and executes the Sales Department metrics and goals
- Implements a consistent sales process that drives optimal financial, market and customer performance
- Ensures the sales document process is established and followed by all sales team members
- Creates and executes an effective whole goods marketing strategy
- Manages new complete goods inventory which includes maintaining proper inventory levels and order program utilization
- Identifies and executes best practices throughout the sales department
- Develops and implement incentives plans for sales team and customers
- Develops the Sales Department business plan and reviews progress regularly
- Works with Parts and Service Managers or the Corporate Aftermarket Manager to promote customer satisfaction
- Manages recruiting, staffing and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position
- Manages sales department equipment including vehicles and sales office equipment
- May manage used equipment processes and inventory
